Don’t let the name fool you, the Radisson isn’t literally at the port. But it is close. The actual location is about 1.5 miles away, and just a five-minute ride. The hotel sits at the start of the main drag of Cocoa Beach, so you don’t have the “walkability” of some spots closer to the action. You’ll want a car to get around (or use rideshare). As for the hotel, the big feature are the resort amenities, including a huge pool and tennis court.

There aren’t many locations better than the Best Western Cocoa Beach. Less than a block from the beach, it’s also right next to the Cocoa Beach Pier — a popular hotspot. There’s plenty to walk to and see from the hotel, and it’s only about three miles to the port.

Our list is mostly made up of national chains with locations near Port Canaveral. If you’re the sort of person who like independent businesses, then the Inn at Cocoa Beach may be just the thing. It earns rave reviews and sits right at the beach. There are a few restaurants just a short stroll away, including the Sandbar Sports Grill. It’s also within a block of the famous Ron Jon Surf Shop.

One thing to know is that this hotel is adults-only, so it won’t work for families taking a cruise!

Four Points by Sheraton
The Four Points can be confusing if you aren’t familiar with it. The hotel is actually combined with a surf shop (Cocoa Beach Surf Company), as well as several restaurants. However, the entire complex offers a lot to see and is near a Winn-Dixie grocery store, a mini-golf course, Ron Jon Surf Shop, and only about a block to the beach.

Beachside Hotel was recently renovated with updated rooms, as well as a brand-new large pool with a lazy river that kids (and adults!) will love.
